The National Urban Tech Center is a not-for-profit organisation with a number of online and blended programmes. On a broader level, the projects are aiming to transform existing courses to a more modernised format to help learners in need to get the support with a wide variety of life skills.
Storyline E-learning Development
During the transformation process, the modules were converted from an earlier format to HTML and SCORM ready learning experiences utilising the capabilities of various LMS solutions. The process involved strategic planning and QA related to 10+ courses with over 1000 pages of content, interactive games and knowledge checks.
Instructional Design & Learning Experience Design
The strategic planning and learning design aim to help the client by identifying various technical solutions and highlighting the possible risks along the way. One of the main elements of this was to improve the overall user experience to enable the learners to be able to navigate easily within the modules and have a smooth learning experience.
During the learning experience design process, we researched and identified various LMS requirements, evaluated a number of learning experience solutions, redesigned and upgraded existing content and created a workflow to maximise efficiency and achieving learning objectives.
